1. Account Registration

To use our services, you must register with your email, name, and password. By registering, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Services

vinr AI provides a platform for creating and managing websites, including blogging, website designing, analytics, and SEO tools. Our services are free but restricted to AI credits. Each new website receives 20 free credits. Additional credits can be purchased at the current prices listed on the vinr AI home page pricing section.

3. AI Credits

AI credits are used to generate content and perform other actions on your website. Once purchased, AI credits are non-refundable. However, if you have not used any of your 100 purchased AI credits, you may request a refund by contacting support@vinr.eu.

4. Content Moderation

We strictly follow German content moderation guidelines. Any content that is NSFW (not safe for work), promotes hatred, violence, or any form of negative content will be taken down immediately. vinr GmbH reserves the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines without prior notice.

5. User Conduct

We encourage positive and respectful interactions on our platform. Users are expected to adhere to the following guidelines:

• Respect: Treat all users with respect and courtesy.
• No Harassment: Do not engage in harassment, bullying, or threatening behavior.
• No Hate Speech: Do not post content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence against any group or individual.
• No Illegal Activities: Do not use our services for any illegal activities or to promote illegal content.
• No Spam: Do not spam or engage in excessive self-promotion.

Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in the termination of your account and removal of your content.

6. Intellectual Property

All content created by users on their websites is owned by the users. vinr GmbH does not claim any ownership rights over user-generated content. However, by using our services, you grant vinr GmbH a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide our services.

7. Limitation of Liability

vinr GmbH does not take liability for any content provided by users on their websites. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or legality of any user-generated content. Additionally, we do not provide any warranty for the services offered and are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Termination of Services

vinr GmbH reserves the right to terminate your account or services at any time without prior notice if you violate these Terms and Conditions. Users can delete their website directly under Site -> Settings page using the Delete website button.

9. Support

We provide email support which can take 1 to 5 business days to respond. Our support team operates during Germany work timings. For any inquiries, please contact support@vinr.eu.

10. Third-Party Services

vinr AI integrates with AWS and MongoDB for servers and AI companies like Anthropic, Meta, and OpenAI for content generation. By using our services, you agree to the terms and conditions of these third-party services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Germany.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Users will be notified of changes via email. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
